Photography
Property photography, aerial and floor plans
Shot across the same eleven counties. A separate service from the appraisal work, quoted separately, and never bundled into an appraisal engagement.
The main business is independent appraisal. Photography runs alongside it for agents and owners who need listing media, and it is booked and quoted on its own.
The two are kept separate on any single property, and that is a rule rather than a preference: taking both an appraisal and a marketing instruction on the same house puts the appraiser in two capacities at once, which is exactly what an opposing party would go looking for.
-
Professional photography
Interior and exterior stills, shot and edited for listing use.
-
Aerial photography
Drone work, for the site context a ground camera cannot show: the parcel, the outbuildings, and what actually adjoins the property.
-
Floor plans
2D and 3D plans drawn from an on-site measurement.
-
Virtual tours
Interactive 360 degree walkthroughs.
-
Videography
Walkthrough and marketing video.
What it costs
Quoted on request. Packages depend on the size of the property and which of the above you need, so a figure without those two facts would be a guess rather than a quote.
Tell us the address and what the media is for and you will get a written figure, usually the same business day.
Some of what sells a property is only visible from above.

Next step
Tell us the address and what the media is for
Photography is quoted separately from any appraisal work, and the two are never taken on the same property.
